Why Cortiva Institute?
Dermalogica Partnership School
Both students and staff receive comprehensive training from Dermalogica business consultants and educators from the International Dermal Institute. This training equips them with the knowledge and skills to prescribe effective treatment plans and home care regimens for their clients. As part of their training, skincare students are provided with a Professional Dermalogica Esthetics Kit to practice with. Additionally, they can become Dermalogica Certified upon graduation.
Job Fairs & Career Seminars
Our Job Fairs and Career Seminars are highly sought after by our students and have proven to be valuable in their growth and development beyond the classroom. We welcome local and national vendors to engage with our students and discuss their respective industries. Additionally, we participate in many events throughout the year to provide our students with opportunities to practice their skills in a variety of settings such as sporting events, fundraisers, health fairs, nursing care facilities, and more!"
The Spa at Cortiva
Our programs offer hands-on training at our on-campus spa with LIVE clients. You'll learn the art of customer service, client retention, how to sell retail, and how to properly prescribe homecare regimens to your clients. We strongly encourage our students to develop a positive rapport with every client they serve - -as we want them to begin building their books here with us and take the clients who love them -- with them!
Skin health has always been my passion. I told myself I’d have my own business before I graduated, and I would never work for anyone else again in my life unless I wanted to. Failure was never an option. Dominique is the owner and operator of her own business, Royale Skin LLC.
